By accessing or using Cere Wealth Simulator, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Cere Wealth.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. Where required by law, users who are minors must use Cere Wealth only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Cere Wealth is a fictional wealth simulation game.

• Virtual balances have no real-world cash value.
• Virtual properties, businesses, shares, crypto assets, cars, and items are not real ownership interests.
• Players cannot withdraw, redeem, or exchange virtual balances for legal tender.
• Cere Wealth is not a bank, brokerage, crypto exchange, lender, wallet, payment processor, or investment adviser.
• Game outcomes are not financial advice or predictions.

You agree to:

• provide accurate account information;
• keep your account access secure;
• complete email verification when required for certain features;
• use Google authentication only for your own account when selected;
• not transfer or sell accounts without permission.

Cere Wealth’s virtual economy may change over time. We may:

• grant starting virtual cash;
• adjust values, prices, income, expenses, depreciation, risks, and rewards;
• rebalance gameplay;
• modify, suspend, or remove virtual assets;

No virtual asset represents a promise of real-world value.

You may not:

• commit fraud or abuse other players;
• use bots, automation, or exploits;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• harass, impersonate, or manipulate markets;
• operate multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage;
• attempt to create or extract real-world monetary value;
• interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.

Marketplace, transfers, leaderboards, and trade features are virtual. You remain responsible for your interactions and for keeping your account secure.

If Cere Wealth later offers optional paid digital content, applicable prices, platform billing rules, and refund terms will be shown before purchase. Paid digital content does not create a redeemable financial asset.

We may maintain, update, suspend, modify, rebalance, or discontinue features at any time. Cere Wealth is provided on an evolving basis.

We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using Cere Wealth at any time.

Cere Wealth branding, designs, software, text, and original content are protected. You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide, subject to the license needed to operate the game.

Cere Wealth is provided on an “as available” basis. Gameplay results are fictional. Availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cere Wealth and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Cere Wealth in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you have not made a purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in a player’s place of residence.
